Ms. Teresa Morales de la Barrera is a legal counsel of national and international companies with more than 5 years of experience in the area of labor and corporate law. Her experience includes the settlement of labor conflicts, determination and application of disciplinary measures, separation of personnel, incorporation of mixed commissions, mediation between operative areas and unions, implementation of large substitution and separation processes of personnel and defense of individuals.

Prior to joining E&M Business Lawyers, Ms. Morales de la Barrera worked for different top ranked Mexican law firms, both in the labor departments and the civil and corporate practice. She is an experienced negotiator in labor issues and has wide experience in labor and civil litigation.

Ms. Morales de la Barrera got her Bachelor´s Degree in law from the Universidad La Salle and has full domain of the Spanish and English language.
